New Dog Catcher Needed: The Town of Wheaton has a Dog Catcher position opening.   Dog Catcher Position Responsibilities On call for dog related issues.   Address dog related issues. Cages, leashes, and gloves will be provided. Dog catcher is NOT responsible for other animal issues. Must provide contact phone number to be posted on the town website.  Township email address will be provided.   If you are interested in this position please contact the Acting Town Chair or any Town Board Supervisor for consideration.  Appointment will be made at the next Town Board meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 7PM. PLEASE NOTE:  Current dog catcher Kari will continue to handle dog catcher responsibilities during this transition period.  Thank you Kari!!

Notice of Public Information Meeting Reminder

Notice of Public Information Meeting – A public information meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 has been scheduled for the County Highway T Cooridor Project (from State Highway 29 to State Highway 312).  Property owners along the affected project route should have received a meeting notice via mail too.
