Notice is hereby given that Wheaton Fire & Rescue will be equipping emergency response vehicles so that the high beams of the headlamps pulsate or flash alternately at a rate of 70 to 90 pulses or flashes per minute pursuant to §347.25(1r)(b)1.a

 

It is further noticed that the Fire Chief of Wheaton Fire & Rescue will be authorizing privately owned motor vehicles used by employees of Wheaton Fire & Rescue to be equipped with one or more flashing, oscillating, or rotating red and white light(s), pursuant to §340.01(3)(d) and 347.25(1r)(c)2.a.
