NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF WHEATON ZONING ORDINANCE

 

In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is hereby given to all residents in the Town of Wheaton that the Town of Wheaton Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 7:00 pm. at the Town of Wheaton Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed text amendment to Chapter 13 of the Town of Wheaton Code of Ordinances titled EVENT AND PRODUCTION REGULATION ORDINANCE regarding requirements and submittals to permit Large Events.

Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the Town prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted.

Proposed amendments may be viewed by appointment at the Town of Wheaton Town Hall, 4975 CTH T, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 or online at www.townofwheaton.com
